Oppressive and Intrusive.

Oppressive and Intrusive. The HOA's board's actions are oppressive and intrusive to residents. There have been conflicts between the board and previous management companies that have taken residents through four (4) management companies in just a few years.

We are not managed by Heywood anymore they fired us because the board was so bad.

Really bad communication on the HOAs part.

Really bad communication on the HOAs part. I guess they got bought out and change owners but I was fined $1000 for my house not being painted but I never received the paperwork or a call from anyone for over 3 months. I tried to call multiple times but was told they were in the middle of the buyout and would get back to us on the house painting.
