EveryHOA is operated by Shield Management. By using the site you agree to these terms and the review guidelines. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Your content

You are responsible for what you post. You keep ownership of it and give EveryHOA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it on the site. Only post what you have the right to share, and only firsthand, honest accounts.

Information on the site

Listings combine public records and community submissions. Reviews are the opinions of their authors, not EveryHOA. Fees, documents and payment details may be outdated or wrong; confirm with the association before relying on them. EveryHOA does not process payments.

Moderation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the guidelines. Accounts with repeated copyright infringement are terminated.
