Lazy, rude, and no integrity.

Lazy, rude, and no integrity. Poor communication, rude, neighbors displaced for months because of neglected roofs that leak. Reactive management instead of proactive, and are extremely defensive when asked in a meeting. The entire board and management company need to be replaced.
