President selling his home.

President selling his home. HOA president only sent out violation letters when his house went up for sale with a 24 hour turn around or you would be getting fined. Mine was for having a zip tie on the mailbox. My neighbor got one for not having flowers in her garden! Also he was using HOA $ to have his own personal grass cut!

The worst HOA. Voter fraud, favoritism, lack of transparency. Board does not know how to follow the by laws.

Worst HOA, cannot seem to follow by-laws. HOA board members are a dictatorship. Voter fraud, non transparency, can not ask questions, not allowed to look at books. More like a sit down shut type of board.
