Penthouse Prices with Storage Unit Service.
Penthouse Prices with Storage Unit Service. 1. Financial management: The property manager and regional supervisor fumble to find key metrics, have no idea what you are talking about most of the time at budget time, and treat our money like a kid would treat their parents’ credit card with no limit. 2. Customer service: I often wonder about the company culture. They never smile and act as if we work for them. 3. Elections: They are terrible, and our community has fewer than 1,000 homes! From notifications and communication to ensuring members have access to the ballot packages that often never come, “corporate” says they cannot leave documents and envelopes for homeowners after hours. No quorum and a rollover board are advantages to them, so they can keep milking our community under an inexperienced, high-turnover board. They are clearly financially benefiting and conflicted; it should be illegal!
